Everyone contributes to the operation

Combat pilots, ground teams, salvagers, haulers, engineers, planners, and support personnel all create operational value. No successful fleet exists without the people who keep it supplied and moving.

Adaptability is a strength

We expect plans to change. Our structure is designed to reorganize around the mission rather than force every mission into the same structure.

Build what we need

When existing tools do not fit the organization, we build better ones. TOW's Operational Hub exists because the organization should control its own systems, data, and workflows.
